How do I request a fare?
Fill in the booking form at the top of this page and press Request a Fare on WhatsApp. WhatsApp opens with your trip details. Check the message, then press send. We reply on WhatsApp with availability and the fare.
When do I pay?
You pay after your ride. There is no advance payment. We agree the fare with you on WhatsApp before the trip.
Which vehicle is suitable for my group?
Toyota Camry: 4 passengers, 3 large bags, dual AC climate. Hyundai Staria: 7 passengers, 6 large bags, multi-zone rear AC. GMC Yukon XL: 7 passengers, 6 large bags, tri-zone VIP AC. Toyota HiAce: 10 to 11 passengers, 11 to 14 large bags, roof high-output AC. Toyota Coaster: 16 to 18 passengers, 20+ large bags, commercial dual AC. Every vehicle has free fast Wi-Fi. If you are not sure, choose Not sure yet and tell us your group size and bags.
Is the vehicle shared with other passengers?
No. Every booking is a private vehicle with a driver, only for your group.
What information should I provide for a booking?
The route, travel date, number of passengers and number of large bags. If you can, also add the pickup time, your hotel name, and your flight number for airport trips.
Can I ask about airport transfers?
Yes. We cover Jeddah Airport and Madinah Airport, to and from hotels in Makkah, Madinah and Jeddah. Choose your route in the booking form.
Which cities and routes do you cover?
Jeddah (the airport and the city), Makkah (hotels and the train station), Madinah (hotels, the airport and the train station), Taif and Riyadh. Ziyarat trips start from your hotel in Makkah or Madinah and include Taif and Badr. Miqat rides go to Masjid Aisha, Ji'ranah, Qarn al-Manazil and Al-Juhfah. How can I ask about Ziyarat?
Choose Makkah Ziyarat, Madinah Ziyarat, Taif Ziyarat or Badr Ziyarat in the booking form. Write the places you want to visit in the notes. We reply on WhatsApp with availability and the fare.
Do you offer Miqat rides?
Yes. We drive you from your Makkah hotel to Masjid Aisha (Taneem), Masjid Ji'ranah or Qarn al-Manazil in Taif, and we can stop at Al-Juhfah on the way from Jeddah to Makkah. Please choose the correct Miqat for your Umrah yourself.
